Brinware is what happens when you combine the care and concern of a parent with the creativity and passion of an artist. In 2009, with mounting concerns over the toxic materials in children’s products, we began to discuss ways to be part of the solution. We knew we wanted to take the fear and concern out of picking the right things for your kids. But we wanted to be careful not to take the fun out of such a short, magical time of life. This led us to launch Brinware.

Everything we do is focused on nurturing a brighter future for children, a future that is safe and responsible but filled with engagement and fun. Brinware is dedicated to making the safest, cutest, most responsibly built items on the market. We hope you enjoy our products.

We believe glass and silicone offer great advantages over other materials. Here is why:

Glass has been a trusted material for use on many products, including baby bottles for years. By nature, glass is free of BPA, so you don’t have to worry about keeping track of numbers of different plastics to figure out whether they are safe or not.

Our products only use tempered glass, which is heated at high temperatures to toughen the glass to give it increased strength – often 4 to 6 times stronger than regular glass. Beyond its significant safety features, tempered glass has great versatility in that it is easy to clean, is microwaveable, dishwasher safe and can even be sterilized in boiling water.

Silicone is basically made of silicon (which occurs naturally in sand and rock), carbon, oxygen and hydrogen and therefore is not petroleum based. It is non-toxic, hypoallergenic and will not retain odors. Importantly it does not contain toxic chemicals like bishpenol-A, lead, PVC or phthalates. So all you have to worry about at feeding time is getting those veggies eaten! It is super durable so you can boil it, microwave it and dish wash it. Go ahead, give it a test, we promise our silicone can take it.

Our products are tested by third-party accredited agencies and conform to CPSIA safety standards.
