General Return Policy
Items purchased at brinware.com that are new, unused and undamaged may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days with original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase and Return Authorization (RA) number. Please send an email with your invoice number to email@example.com to obtain a RA number.
All refunds are paid in the same form as the original purchase was made. For example, a purchase made on a credit card must be refunded to the same credit card by which the original purchase was made; for example, the refund cannot be made in cash or credited to a different credit card.
Brinware reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our company's return policies. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
PURCHASES MADE WITH A BRINWARE RETAILER
If you purchased Brinware item from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for information regarding their return and exchange policies. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through our retailers.
Brinware is pleased to ship both nationally and internationally through UPS or USPS.
Most orders ship within two-five business days. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
Brinware will contact you via email to notify you of any shipment delays, if we need additional identification for credit verification, or for any other reason that may impact shipment of your order.
